If you asks me, I would definitely say subbed for sure. Why, you ask? Below are several reasons why I prefer anime series subbed than dubbed:

1. Come on! It’s the original! Originals are way better! Period.

2. The beautiful Japanese language.

3. The voice actors in Japan are AMAZING.

4. The original voices fit so well with the characters.

5. Do not sound scripted or fake.

6. Feels more natural.

7. No awkward and wrong pronunciation of Japanese words.

8. Wide range of feelings and emotions.

9. Gets to learn some basic Japanese words and phrases.

10. Pretty close translations (more accurate)

11. Japanese male voices are hotter.

12. More subbed anime series available to watch than dubbed series.

Would I consider watching them dubbed? Yes. Of course. BUT only when it’s done really well.

If you don’t know what MAMA is, well, it simply is the biggest Asian music award show that involves the participation of not only Korean stars, but also famous artists from all of Asia that is set to be held in Singapore this November 29, 2011.

As you already know by now, I not only love anime and manga, I also love K-pop, and is a big big fan of F(x). F(x) is a five member girl group in South Korea, and I just love everything about them! My favorite of them all is, of course, Victoria Song (left) ^_^

So pretty please.. Help me vote for them here.

Go go power rangers! Oh the memories.. LSS (Last song syndrome) XD

Nostalgia! Damn it! This just makes me miss my childhood even more now.. (I feel like crying) My gosh. Don’t you just miss them? It’s been so long already! Whew! I’m just so happy I grew up in the 90’s. For me, the 90’s were the best, especially the TV shows. ;)

Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers was really the most epic show ever for kids, and even for adults during the 90’s. I remember watching every episode of it with my brothers and cousins. We would argue over which one of us is the pink ranger, the yellow ranger, black ranger, blue ranger, red ranger, and green ranger, and I would always tell them that I was the pink ranger. (LOL) Come on! Pink ranger or Kimberly was so cool! I’m straight, but I have to say, Amy Jo Johnson was hot. I think I might even had a girl crush on her.. ;) She kicked ass too! Hah! So yes. She was my favorite ranger on Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers. Other than the pink ranger, I also had a huge crush on Tommy, the green ranger (white ranger in the movie). Jason Frank = hot! He is so awesome! Way better than Jason, the red ranger in my opinion.. (To each his own) ^_^

I’ve also watched Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers: The Movie, and it became one of my favorite movies ever! My gosh.. I love watching the movie when I was a kid. The original power rangers were the best! Hands down. I do still watch the new Power Rangers on Cartoon Network, but it’s not as great or as epic as the original. (sigh) I wish I have a time machine to rewind back to my childhood days (the good times…) and relive the 90’s once more. Or…. I wish there will be a new Mighty Morphin Power Rangers movie in the near future that is as awesome as the original.. maybe by 2012. We’ll never know. Oh well. Till next time then. Look what I’m playing…It’s Tokimeki Memorial Girl’s Side 2nd Kiss! Yeah.. If you’ve already played Tokimeki Memorial Girl’s Side 1st Season, then you probably already know this game. I think it’s safe to say that Tokimeki Memorial Girl’s Side (all series), is one of the most popular, if not THE most popular otome game out there. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, well, Tokimeki Memorial Girl’s Side 2nd Kiss is a dating game by Konami where you play the heroine who returns to her hometown to start high school where she meets all these cute guys and tries to get their confessions on graduation day. This game has two versions. One for PS2, and the other for Nintendo DS. (I’m playing the Nintendo DS version)

It’s been a while since I’ve played this otome game. I’ve finished playing Hikami’s route and got all 5 endings of his, but then I stopped playing for a while, because to be honest, the game is too long and it was difficult at times to keep raising the parameters of the heroine to get all of the guys’ 5 different endings. (Hard, right?) Anyway, it’s our semestral break, so since I’ve got nothing else to do, I decided to play this again and try my best to finish it.

I honestly like this game. I just don’t like that it takes too long to finish it, especially with so many different endings. The main attraction are the guys though. They are seriously hot! Well, mostly. There is one that looks like a girl and the other a child… (I mean, really???) That aside, there are 8 main guys: Saeki Teru, Shiba Katsumi (my favorite!), Hikami Itaru, Wakaouji Takafumi, Christopher Weatherfield, Hariya Kounoushin, Amachi Shouta, and Masaki Motoharu (second favorite).

In addition to the 8 main guys, there are also 3 secret characters: Akagi Kazuyuki, Komori Taku, and Majima Tarou

Like I said, my favorite guy is Shiba. Hey..What can I say? He’s hot, and there is just something about him that makes  him so mysterious. (Just my type of guy ^_^) Plus, he’s so manly, probably the most manly out of all the guys.(swoon)Just look at him! (Oh my…)  I actually haven’t played his route yet. Save the best for last I guess. As of now though, I’m playing Saeki’s route.

As you can see in the image above, there is an added feature called skinship for the Nintendo DS version where you can use your stylus to touch the guys. In other words, “molesting” them. (LOL) Anyway, I like Saeki too.. But still Shiba for the win! I can’t wait to play his route! (Excited!)

So I guess that’s it. For those of you who,  like me,  enjoy playing dating games or otome games, you should try this out. It’s a very nice game. You’re gonna love it for sure. That said, I’m off to continue playing this game, and hopefully finish it all as soon as possible!
